Wedding Invitation

What would you do if you ever got a wedding invitation like this??? Or better yet, if it was your mom who did it?!?! LOL!

Feelin' Yucky

For the last couple weeks, Taylor has had a cough at night. Not all day, just when she lays her head down to go to sleep. Occasionally, she starts coughing while she's playing outside but, for the most part, it's only at night. It has gotten so bad, that she coughs so hard that it makes her throw up. Last week, that happened like 4 times. The next morning, she wakes up and proceeds through her day, just fine. Weirdest thing! Anyway, I took her to the doctor today and she did a chest x-ray which came back unremarkable (thank God). She also prescribed a new inhaler that is supposed to be longer acting until this whole thing subsides. The doctor thinks it's just the weather getting colder and all the Oklahoma dust. She said that she's wheezing a little and is probably in a bit of respiratory distress. I hate it when one of them doesn't feel good.

Brad went to DC yesterday for a conference. He is having fun, but it sounds like he's not able to get out in the city and see anything because of the conference. Sunday evening before he left he realized that he didn't have any dress slacks to take with him so he went shopping for a pair of pants.........he came back 6 hours later with 2 suits, 5 shirts, 5 ties, 11 pairs of pants, and 6 pairs of socks!!! Yep, that's my husband! Gotta love 'im! I wonder what would happen if I went out and said, "I just need to get some more adhesive for this scrapbook page." and came home with a whole new set up supplies? Hmmmmm, I don't think I would like to find out!

It also would seem that every time Brad goes out of town, I get sick. I went to bed last night in sweats and a long sleeve shirt and still had to put 2 extra blankets on the bed because I had the chills so bad. It's like someone is looking in, laughing, saying I wonder how much she can take? I keep taking ibuprofen in the hopes that my head won't explode and I will stop breathing fire from my throat. In the meantime, I keep asking myself, why now, do the kids want to crawl all over me and ask me to read story after story after story? O-well, this too shall pass! I'm starting to realize that I only have a couple more months staying home with the kids, so I don't mind reading a ton of books!
